We are proud to offer a wide range of legally non-licensed air guns, airsoft toy guns, and other related products throughout India. Our commitment to quality and compliance with legal standards ensures that your purchase is secure and satisfactory. Here are the detailed terms and conditions that govern your purchase from Airsoft Gun India.

Legal Compliance

Airsoft Gun India strictly adheres to the Arms Rule 2016, dealing exclusively in .177 caliber / 4.5mm air guns that are below 20 Joules. Our product range also includes airsoft toy guns, plastic and metal toy guns, replica lighters, and wall decoration toy guns. We do not deal in blank guns, as they require a firearm license in India.

Purchase Requirements

To purchase .177 air guns, we require the following:

- Valid ID proof and address proof (Aadhar card, Driving license, passport, or voter ID)

- Passport size photograph

Your order will not be dispatched until we receive your ID proof and photograph. Please send these documents along with your Order Number to airsoftgunindia@gmail.com. In some cases, video KYC may be necessary, so please have your hard copy ID ready. These KYC documents are also mandatory for any type of toy gun or lighter purchase.

Payment and Dispatch

Full payment is required before dispatching any products. Each gun undergoes a mandatory quality check, which may delay dispatch. Orders cannot be canceled, replaced, returned, or transferred once shipped. We ensure the highest quality checks, and exchanges are only possible if a wrong product is shipped, which is a rare occurrence.

Shipping Information

We strive to ship your order within 24 to 48 working hours to allow for document verification, KYC, quality checks, and packaging. We use several courier services, including Gati, Blue Dart, Safexpress, Maruti Courier, and Indian Post, depending on availability. All shipments are made via surface mode; express or overnight deliveries are not available. Delivery times range from 4 to 25 days, depending on your location and courier speed. Please be patient as we ensure your order reaches you safely.

Usage Responsibility

It is the buyer's responsibility to use the gun legally and follow all relevant laws and regulations. Brandishing any gun, even a toy gun, is illegal in India and can result in legal charges. Buyers must also ensure that the guns are kept out of children's reach and stored safely.

Important Notes

1. Blank guns require a firearm license in India from 2016. Airsoft Gun India does not deal in or provide services related to blank guns. If you own a blank gun, applying for a license should be your top priority. Refer to the license guide on our website for more information.

  

2. While we may assist with repairs of .177 CO2 powered air guns, the process can be lengthy, potentially taking months. It is crucial to handle and maintain your air guns carefully.
